Was the getting started process easy? SUPER-easy!

Were people available to answer your questions throughout the process? Yes

What sets us apart from others you’ve researched or tried? The speed of response and the excellent service. I had 100% confidence in making the switch and am amazed at how quickly even the smallest changes are made.

Did any part of the process seem above and beyond what you expected? Again, the speed. My site was down for 1 day, even with the problems that you had from a technical side with my old site. The new domain was up and ready to go and already climbing in the Google ranks, when everything from my old domain needed to point to the new site. It was all taken care of and I was up and running again in 24 hours. On the first day, it felt like I had always had the site with the improvements and things were running smoothly.

Did any part of the process seem less than what you expected? No

Was the site completed in the timely manner? Extremely timely!

Are you happy with the appearance of your site? Very. I have some work to do on my end updating pics and personalizing, but I am VERY happy with the new look and feel for the site.

If there’s anything you could have changed about the process of building your site, what would it be? I would have gone with you first and avoided the issues you had to deal with getting my old site to point to the new one.
